Board & Volunteer Recruitment

The Belles & Stars Booster Club plays a vital role in supporting our dancers, coaches, and program needs throughout the year. From fundraising and events to team meals and spirit support, our boosters help create the experience our dancers will remember for a lifetime.

 

We are currently seeking board members and committee volunteers for next year. Whether you have a little time or a lot, there is a place for you to plug in and make a difference.

 

Board Positions & Responsibilities

President - Provides overall leadership and direction for the Booster Club. Leads meetings and helps set annual goals. Serves as the primary liaison with directors and school administration. Supports board members and committees.

Vice President - Assists the President and steps in when needed. Helps oversee committees and projects. Supports planning and execution of major initiatives.

Treasurer - Manages booster finances and budget. Tracks income and expenses. Provides financial updates at meetings. Ensures proper handling of funds and reporting.

Secretary - Maintains meeting minutes and records. Organizes important documents and calendars. Helps coordinate communication for meetings and deadlines.

Fundraising Chair = Plans and leads fundraising efforts. Coordinates fundraising committees and volunteers. Works with the board to meet financial goals for the program.

Special Events Coordinator - Organizes events such as banquets, showcases, and team celebrations.  Coordinates logistics, décor, and volunteers for events. Helps create memorable experiences for dancers

Volunteer Coordinator - Recruits and schedules volunteers. Helps match parents to opportunities that fit their availability. Keeps volunteer communication organized and positive.

Communications Chair - Manages booster communications and website. Shares updates social media and Band app. Helps promote events, fundraisers, and team highlights.
